Same points:

1.    Mezzanine and steel platform shelves generally contain stairs in the design structure, and floors can be added according to the actual needs of customers usually 2?3 floors are designed. Except for the bottom floor, other floors can be laid with steel plates to facilitate the passage of personnel and transport vehicles;

2.    Both the mezzanine and the steel platform are designed with cargo loading and unloading ports, which can be sliding doors, It makes the deployment and loading and unloading of goods easier.

3.    Both can set up office areas inside the shelves according to needs; both are fully assembled structures, which are convenient for installation and disassembly.

4.    Some companies may work at night, the mezzanine and steel platform can also add lighting systems inside the shelves.

The Difference:

The mezzanine use shelf structure as support, generally medium duty racking and heavy-duty racking. The shelf panel can be designed as wire panel or steel panel. The floor load is generally 500KG per square meter.

The structure of the steel platform is different from that of the mezzanine. The steel platform is mainly composed of primary and secondary beams, stairs, guardrails and floor plate. According to the different loading requirements, the primary and secondary beams of the steel platform can choose shelf columns or H-shaped steel. The support of the steel platform is usually H-shaped steel because its capacity is more bigger and the structure is more stable. The floor load can reach 1000KG per square meter.
