Everyone is very careful to choose the storage rack that suits them. However, when performing warehouse operations, they may ignore the daily maintenance of storage racks. The following points need to be paid attention to:

1. Correct cleaning: Correct cleaning is an indispensable link. Storage shelves may be placed in the warehouse alone or together with the production line. This will generate more dust. We must clean the shelves regularly in order to ensure the beauty of storage shelves and prolong the service life of the shelves. When cleaning, be careful not to wash with water, it is easy to cause rust corrosion in the cracks of the shelf. We only need to brush the surface of the dust.

2. Goods placement: The goods in the storage shelves should also be placed neatly and not procrastinated, so as to reduce the occurrence of errors when the forklift is carrying out storage and retrieval operations, and to ensure the safety of the shelves and goods.

3. Load-bearing limit: when formulating the storage rack plan, the load of the rack is determined, so when storing the goods, pay attention to the goods placed on each layer not to exceed the layer load of the rack, otherwise the rack may be unstable, deformed or even collapsed. 

4. Surface treatment: The surface treatment of the shelf is generally electrostatic spraying. The choice of powder spraying should be determined according to the shelf's use environment. If the shelf's use environment is often exposed to sunlight, choose anti-ultraviolet and high-temperature powder spraying. In general environment, you can choose ordinary spraying. Storage shelves will inevitably be bumped during use, which may cause partial paint loss. We can use self-painting of the same color number to repair and dry by ourselves. Repair must be timely, otherwise the shelves will easily rust.

5. Cleaning of rack rails: For dense storage racks and rack systems with rails, the dust on the rails should be cleaned up to avoid accumulation of dust, because the slide is not smooth.
