 Quality Assurance:
1. Rigidity and strength of racks of EBIL are in conformity with the standards of GB/T 1.1-2000 and GB/T 1.2-2002 combined metal racks
2. Bending deflection of bearing beam in case of full loading is not more than L/ 250mm
3. Rolled steels used in main structure of racks are SS400 (Q235)
4. Section materials used by racks are manufactured by professional equipments such as cold bending roll, automatic press and bender and examined and inspected by relevant inspection facilities and instruments
5. Weld zones such as base frame are complied with national standards to ensure even, secured, non sealing-off and cold joint of welding seam
6. Surface pretreatment and spray finishing of racks and their parts and auxiliary equipment are conducted on advanced automatic spray finishing assembly line. The processes should be rust removal →degreasing →drying →electrostatic painting →redrying →packing inspection and warehousing


 Post-sales Service:
1. Racks manufactured by EBIL Metal Factory enjoy one year of warranty period and lifelong maintenance. Ebil Metal Factory will respond or send Post-sales Service Engineer to the field within 48 hours upon your call arrival in case of quality faults of racks within the warranty period
2. Ebil Metal is responsible for timely maintaining and repairing the faults other than arising from product quality with maintenance costs to be borne by accountability unit
3. Ebil Metal will support you Technology guidance at any moment if you need
4. Ebil Metal will keep you post on our new products, updated products or others what you are interest in
4. Out or over one year of the warranty period, we will serve in preferment on accessories supply, quality inspection and maintenance for you
